Hand-dyed yarns are beautiful to behold and wonderful to work with. Since 2005, we have been making hand-dyed and handpainted knitting yarns and spinning fibres in vibrant, nuanced, and unapologetic colours. We aim to inspire, educate, and engage our community of knitters, spinners, weavers, and makers.
We dye our yarn in small batches by hand in our studio in Vancouver, Canada. Our yarn bases include luxury blends of wool, silk, cashmere, and mohair designed to hold up to wear-and-tear and last over time.
The colours we dye evolve over time and tell our unique, individual stories. We have created the SweetGeorgia Colour System, our Signature colourways, as well as limited-time colours.
